1. Service Description

EAZTA provides an AI-powered phone ordering system that allows customers to place food orders at participating restaurants via phone call. Our service includes:

• AI-assisted phone order taking
• SMS delivery of menus and order confirmations upon request
• Order history and preference tracking for personalized service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. By using our service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Conduct

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not abuse, harass, or misuse the AI system
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance by the participating restaurant
• Prices, availability, and menu items are determined by each restaurant
• Payment is collected by the restaurant at the time of pickup or delivery
• EAZTA is not responsible for payment processing or disputes with restaurants

5. SMS Communications

SMS terms:

• Messages are sent only when you explicitly request them
• Message frequency depends on your requests
• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
• Text STOP to opt out of future messages
• Text HELP for assistance
• Supported carriers include major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the EAZTA service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by EAZTA and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The AI will always understand requests correctly
• All menu information will be completely accurate
• Orders will always be fulfilled by restaurants

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Errors in order processing
• Restaurant food quality or safety issues
• Delays in order preparation
• Technical failures or service interruptions

9. Restaurant Relationships

EAZTA acts as a technology provider for participating restaurants. We are not responsible for:

• Food preparation, quality, or safety
• Restaurant business practices
• Accuracy of restaurant-provided menu information
• Order fulfillment by restaurants

10. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
